Child Safety Standards
Rallio's commitment to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
Our Commitment
Rallio is committed to the safety and protection of all users, especially minors. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or endangers children. Our platform is designed for users aged 13 and older, and we take active measures to prevent the creation, distribution, or facilitation of any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
Prevention Measures
- All user-generated content (recommendations and photos) is subject to moderation: business owners and our team review submissions, and any content that violates our policies is removed.
- Users must create an account to post content. Email/password accounts are asked to verify their email address, and all posting remains tied to an authenticated account.
- Our app is designed for local business promotion and does not include private messaging, chat rooms, or direct communication features that could be exploited.
- Content that violates our policies is promptly removed and the offending account is permanently banned.
Detection & Reporting
- We actively monitor content for policy violations.
- Any content suspected of containing CSAM is immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, as required by law.
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in all investigations related to child exploitation.
User Reporting
Users can report concerning content in the app from the content menu, or by contacting us directly. All reports are reviewed promptly and acted upon within 24 hours.
Enforcement
- Accounts found to be in violation of our child safety policies are immediately and permanently suspended.
- All associated content is removed from the platform.
- Relevant authorities are notified as required by applicable law.
Staff Training
Our team is trained to recognize, respond to, and report potential CSAE content in accordance with applicable laws and Google Play policies.
