Delete your Rallio account

If you want to delete your Rallio account and associated personal data, you can either do it inside the app from Profile > Delete account or submit a deletion request here by email.

How to request deletion outside the app

1. Email ralliosupport@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line Rallio account deletion request.
3. Send the request from the email address linked to your Rallio account, or include that email address in the message.

What we delete

• Your Rallio profile and account record
• Your recommendations and uploaded recommendation media
• Your likes, follows, and business-claim submissions
• Your reward-wallet data tied to your account
• Your tracked interaction events attributed to your account

What may remain

• If you are a Business Owner, businesses you claimed remain in the directory but become unclaimed.
• Any active campaigns on those formerly owned businesses are paused instead of deleted.
• We may retain limited information when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
