Common questions

How do I sign in?

You can sign in with Apple, Google, or an email address and password from the Rallio welcome screen. Email/password accounts provide a name during signup. Social sign-in accounts finish setup with role, city, and optional interests; we do not ask Apple sign-in users to type a name after authentication.

What does Rallio do?

Rallio is where people share genuine recommendations for the local businesses they actually back — so supporters discover great spots and business owners can see the real demand behind them. We're starting with Toronto, Rajkot, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, select major US cities, and select major German cities.

How do I recommend a business?

From the Discover tab, open a business and post a recommendation with a photo or a link to your original post. Supporter recommendations become public after owner or admin approval, and you can report content that needs a closer look.

I'm a business owner — how do I claim my business?

Open the business in the directory and choose Claim this business (or Add it free if it isn't listed yet). Claims are reviewed before ownership is assigned, and we may follow up to confirm the proof details you provide.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile > Delete account, or request deletion by email from our account deletion page. We process requests within 30 days.
